Stalker Miner Lancer Brawler
Stalker: light class. can equip light and medium melee + side-arms. Limited MAIN firearms choices. "Stealth" perk: go invisible for 2 turns or until attack CP is used.
Miner: medium class. can equip medium melee and class-specific weapons (powered pickaxe). Can equip "mining kit" as ALT (one time use to set up remote detonated explosives). "Giant Slayer" perk: +10 ATT against heavy class enemies
Lancer: Heavy class. Can equip heavy melee, no firearms. "Lance of Kolovia" perk: +10 ATT for 3 turns but can only stay in place or advance. "Achilles" con: back DEF reduced to 50%. "Atlas" con: movement costs double CP
Brawler: light and medium armor/melee. light/med firearms. "Kolovian rage" perk: +2 SPD and max CP of 8 for 2 turns, 0 CP 3rd turn and max CP returns to 5

Cool, great, and peachy. Lancer = fail. You're on the right track with not being able to move while in LoK, but the cons unbalance the other classes. Either take both cons out, or add cons to the others to keep it balanced. As it stands here, no one will pick Lancers. Balance in all things, young Padawan.

Balance in all things, young Padawan. hm...what if lancers didn't expend CP for movement during LoK? that would make them truly beastly for slicing through enemy ranks, as it should be. for the heavies and lancers, i designed them to be huge damage dealing classes with butt tons of aggro and major flaws. thus they'll need to rely on lighter classes for support. Like a lancer can be in LoK mode and just ripping through noobs while the miners and scouts take up the sides and rear . like a wedge formation. the problem with all of this interdependency is it requires a lot of players to work. time to recruit punks!
